Residents of the Williamson Square Apartments were evacuated from their residences at 10:30 am on
May 31st, 1999 after an accidental fire in the furnace room sent smoke throughout the building.
The 2 alarm fire was under control within 30 minutes and was confined to the furnace room.
The Lanc. Twp Fire Dept. was assisted by Tower 2 from The City of Lancaster Bureau of Fire.
