Drafting Exercise

Lancaster Township Fire Department held a drafting exercise Monday May 12 at 7 p.m.

The draft site at the F.O.P Lodge near Engleside was used for the training evolution.

Engine 6-6-1 drafted from the Conestoga River and flowed over 1350 GPM water to the Truck 6-6.

After handlines were connected to the Truck, Junior firefighters were trained on hoseline advancement and nozzle usage.

Truck 6-6 flowed water from their platform as personnel were trained on pumping water from the Truck.
