Rescue 6-6 requested after fire strkes a victorian house

Township Rescue 6-6 was requested to respond to a dwelling fire at 202 Main St. in East Hempfield Township after fire struck a victorian house in Landisville, PA.
Units from 7-19 ( Hempfield FC) were dispatched for an automatic fire
alarm and found a working fire upon arrival. Crews found heavy fire in the kitchen
area of the home.
Command upgraded the assignment bringing 6-7 (Rohrerstown FC), 7-5 (Mount Joy FD), 2-3 (East Petersburg FC) and 7-7 (SVEMS).
Command requested an air unit which brought Rescue 6-6 from Lancaster
Township. Crews filled a few cylinders before returning to service.
The rescue was on the scene for just over an hour.
