Engine 66-1 assisted Lancaster City Truck 64-1 on a public service at the Lancaster City Maintenance Garage at Engleside.

The engine supplied the truck while they blasted ice off of the city garage roof with their ladderpipe.

Large amounts of ice had slid off the roof and hit a worker in the head earlier in the day prompting the removal of the ice.

Due to the large amount of water needed to remove the ice, West Willow Fire Company was dispatched for their 2500 gallon tanker, Tanker 5-11.

The tanker supplied Engine 66-1 as the engine fed the truck.

All ice was removed and units returned to service.
