August 22, 2004. At 01:52 units from 66 were dispatched to the 1600
Blk of Millersville Pk for an MVA. Engines 66-2, 66-3, Squad 66-1, and
the Rescue responded with a total staffing of 12. Units arrived to find
a 2 car crash with blocking. One patient was lying on the ground and
one still in the vehicle with fluids leaking from the car. Both cars
sustained moderate front end damage. Crews controlled the fluids
leaking, stabilized and depowered both cars and assisted EMS. EMS
transported two patients to LGH, one of which was a priority one. Units
were held on the scene for just over an hour.
