SATURDAY MARCH 6, 2010 - LTFD was dispatched for a dwelling fire at 236 Kenshire Drive.
Responding units were told a neighbor across the street from the address could see a small fire on the first floor of the house that is under construction.
Assistant Chief Jim Roop arrived on location and found nothing visible from the exterior.
Upon further investigation, Roop found an active drywall heater in the front room of the first floor of the home that was under construction.
Engine 66-1 officer LT. Justin Brian gathered information for the report. Units went available a short time later.
