THURSDAY MARCH 4, 2010 - LTFD responded to 1640 Judie Lane for an investigation inside the apartment building.

Responding units were told the resident spilled a can of paint and attempted to clean it up with gasoline.

The maintenance man who called 911 explained the fumes were spreading throughout the second floor of the building and he was attempting to evacuate the residents.

Truck 6-6 set up a positive pressure fan to blow fresh air into the building to dissipate the gasoline fumes.

Units were in service 1 hour.
