TUESDAY JULY 11, 2006 – Seven LTFD members were
recognized for their valiant effort during a water rescue on June
28 at 12:05 am.
Deputy Chief Ron Comfort Jr. presented the seven firefighters with a
fire/rescue watch for performing above and beyond the call of duty.
The seven firefighters rescued two families and two pets from rising
water that surrounded there home in the 1500 block of Stone Mill
Road in Manor Township.
