1 AFA; 08:51, AUTO ALARM-RESIDENTIAL, 699 N PIER DR, LANCASTER TOWNSHIP

A windy storm whipped the county this morning, interrupting power to more than 14,000 households as it blew down wires and branches.

Wind gusts and temperatures both reached the unusual high of 63 (mph and degrees) as heavy rains fell.
